At Typhon.pk, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Refund Policy
- Refunds are available within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your product.
- To qualify for a refund, the product must be untouched, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Once approved, refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
2. Exchange Policy
- After the 1-week refund period has passed, the product is eligible for exchange only.
- The item must be in unused and original condition to qualify for an exchange.
- For exchanges, the customer is required to pay the delivery charges for the replacement product.
- Exchange requests may take up to 2 weeks to process.
3. Conditions
- Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- Typhon.pk reserves the right to evaluate the condition of the product before approving any request.
